I retouched this bralette using various Photoshop techniques such as frequency separation to smooth wrinkles, pen tool to make an accurate mask selection, exposure levels, clone stamp to remove pins/imperfections, liquify to straighten, and hue/saturation to change the color to black and red. Below are the results.
